A 20 page pamphlet containing not a lot. I would have given this 0 stars if I could.
Great comprehensive guide to hiit training. Not just giving you treadmill splits and rowing sprints, this book gives you various weights and equipment options to prevent training becoming boring and monotonous. Efficient quick workouts that can help to achieve not only weight loss but also hypertrophy (muscle gains)
This rating was easy to give because Megna knows his stuff. He's a pro in his field and everyone who works with him and puts his expertise to use comes out with amazing results. I highly recommend this book.
This book gives great insight on interval training for those who know nothing about it. I am the type of person who believes in exercising their body and mind so when I try a new type of work out I need to read about it to make sure I don't get hurt in the process.
This is the third book I have read about H.I.I.T. and it definitely out beats the rest. It is a short read but very informative. No BS just facts. Highly recommend it! Looking forward to a part two or expansion on this one. Cheers.
The author, Marc Megna scored a touchdown with this book. It is a must have for both fitness professionals and the average person looking for weight loss guidance. This book has all of the background info and science behind H.I.I.T and also provides a number or routines for people of all fitness levels. To quote Jim Cramer "buy, buy, buy."
This book doesn't waste a lot of time with words. It is down to the point with good examples of work out routines.
